- Lim Young Kyun formed a relationship with Nam June Paik while studying at New York University and the International Center of Photography, and took several pictures of Paik’s artistic career since the 1980s. The current picture shows a scene from a performance with Charlotte Moorman held at the Whitney Museum of American Art in June 1982. The performance by Paik and Moorman was held twice, on the evenings of June 2nd and 3rd. Paik performed a variation of Chamber Music by Takehisa Kosugi, in which he covered Moorman and her cello with fabric and cut it up with scissors to reveal what is inside
